  2. Proof of Address — Bank statement, lease agreement, or utility bill dated within 90 days with residential address clearly stated.

  3. Liveness Verification — A liveness check is required to confirm your identity and ensure the security of our platform.

  • Date of birth

  • Full residential address (line 1, line 2, city, state, postal code, country)

  • Email address

  • Phone number

  • Tax identification ID number and type (e.g. SSN/ITIN for US, NINO/UTR for UK, NRIC/FIN for Singapore — varies by country)

  • Email and phone OTP confirmation
