Sphere Onboarding

1. Getting Started

To begin, log in to the Sphere Dashboard here

Once logged in:

  1. Click Create (top-left corner).

  2. Click Create Transfer to initiate your first payout.

    • If KYB verification is incomplete, you'll be prompted to accept Terms of Service and submit verification documents.

2. Understanding Transfers

  • Off-ramp: Converts stablecoins → fiat currency (withdrawal to your bank).

  • On-ramp: Converts fiat currency → stablecoins (deposit to your wallet).

3. Currency and Payment Network

  • USD: Fedwire or ACH

  • EUR: SEPA

4. Connecting a Bank Account

When adding a bank account, enter the following details:

Bank Name

Name of the financial institution (e.g., Chase, HSBC

Account Holder Name

The name the account is registered under (individual or company)

Beneficiary Address

Registered address associated with the account

Routing number/Bic

If USD, confirm with your bank the routing for ACH or Fedwire. Incorrect routing can result in failed tx

Nickname

Optional custom label (e.g., “ACH Account” or “Checking”).

5. Connecting a Wallet

Connect your preferred wallet and network, such as Phantom or MetaMask, depending on the blockchain you wish to use.

6. Off-Ramp Transfers (Stablecoin → Fiat)

To withdraw stablecoins to your bank account:

  1. Select the wallet and network you’re sending from.

  2. Select the bank account to receive the fiat currency.

  3. Click Transfer, then approve the transaction in your wallet.

7. On-Ramp Transfers (Fiat → Stablecoin)

To deposit funds and receive stablecoins:

  1. Select the bank account that will send the fiat currency.

  2. Select the network and wallet that will receive the stablecoins.

  3. Retrieve your deposit instructions.

7.1 Completing Your Deposit

Use the provided deposit instructions to create a manual transfer from your financial institution’s dashboard.

Note: Be sure to include the deposit message/reference code in the memo or reference field to prevent delays in processing.

Automated Off-Ramps (”Offload Wallet”)

What Is an Offload Wallet?

An Offload Wallet is a custodial wallet you can spin up with our banking partner that automatically offramps stablecoins sent to the wallet into USD/EUR in your bank account. Note: an Offload wallet can be configured to receive either USDC or USDT on a specific network – USDT sent to a USDC Offload wallet; or USDC sent on an incorrect network will be permanently lost. ****

How to Create an Offload Wallet?

1. Navigate to “Bank Accounts” section of Dashboard

From the homepage, go to Transfer → Bank Accounts.

1.2. Link a Bank Account (If Needed)

If you haven’t connected a bank account yet, click the blue “Connect Bank Account” button at the bottom of the Bank Accounts page and complete the setup.

2. Generate an Offload Wallet

  • Locate your linked bank account.

  • Click the three-dot menu under Actions.

  • Select Generate Wallet.

3. Configure Your Wallet

  • Choose your preferred blockchain network from the dropdown.

  • An Offload wallet can be configured to receive either USDC or USDT

  • If your fiat currency is USD, select your transfer method: ACH or Fedwire.

4. Use Your Offload Wallet

The generated wallet address can be used to send stablecoins. Funds sent to this wallet will be

automatically converted to fiat and deposited into your linked bank account.
